This section of our website on “public access to our documentation” complies with ANAC’s Resolution n. 8/2015.
According to art. 5 of Legislative Decree n. 33/2013 and Legislative Decree n. 97/2016 anyone can ask to access a company’s documents, information and data if this has not published when it should have been.
Furthermore anyone can ask to access other documents and data, that are exempt from any form of mandatory publication.
How to exercize the right to access company documents
Civic access to company documents must not be motivated by the subject that requests it, and this procedure is free of costs except for the reimbursement of the costs actually incurred and documented by our company.
Limitations to this “right to access” are clearly indicated in art. 5 of Legislative Decree n. 33/2013.
In order to exercise this right a written and formal request must be sent to Anas’ Manager of “Prevention of corruption”, using one of the enclosed standard pdf models, to the following email:
