Our organisational model for "territorial management" ensures an even more efficient and widespread presence throughout Italy. Our country's territory has been divided into eight different Territorial Coordination Centres and  twentythree Regional Offices. The model we adopted for territorial management allowsmor3e  control over our road infrastructure network and a more effective planning of works, as it facilitates direct cooperation with local authorities and offers more reliable information on local needs and requests.

In order to ensure the efficient management of our road infrastrucure projects and direct comunication with local needs Anas became a shareholder in different strategic companies. Our Group therefore includes subsidiary, affiliated and concessionary companies that contribute to the construction and management of many of our major road infrastructure projects.
